A Simple Haiku to Welcome Fall – By Sage

As you may know by now if you’ve been following me:
a) I am a huge nature lover.
b) I recently moved to a lovely new home (her name is “Haven,”) and I adore my backyard garden.
c) I’ve been spending a lot of time writing poetry lately because on Spring Equinox – exactly half a year ago today – I woke up excitedly with the missive and mission: “I’m going to write a poem every day. For a YEAR.”

And it’s true. This one is poem #172. 🙂

So here is one of my newest creations and elations, penned in Haven’s Zen garden just yesterday, as my way of saying farewell to the summer sun, and she to me…

If you enjoy poetry of a spiritual and naturey sort, I invite you to SUBSCRIBE, and I’d love for you to leave me a comment so I know you stopped by.

What an inspiration you are. Keeping your peace while going through “opportunities to grow” is what I aim for, and hearing some else’s story about how they are doing just that is so helpful. Thank you for being open and honest and sharing.
